Buy the rarer bottle instead of the extra one. Treat a cellar the way you’d treat a wardrobe: fewer things, chosen properly, actually used. One glass is usually enough, and a room where everyone had one good glass is a better room than the alternative.
The house doesn’t teach you to perform knowledge. There’s plenty of it here, and none of it needs flexing. What is worth learning is what a wine does to your body, because that’s the part that tells you what you actually need before you order.
Wines are named by producer, region and vintage, never by adjective.
